About the Company At Bhanzu, we are dedicated to eliminating math phobia and promoting careers in math and STEM fields among learners worldwide. Our mission is to bridge the gap between aspirations and capabilities by empowering students to reach their full potential and introducing them to science, coding, and AI through the perspective of mathematics. Please note that this is a Monday to Saturday role based in Bangalore, HSR Layout. Responsibilities - Understand creative briefs and develop innovative ideas and designs for applications, websites, social media, online advertisements (Facebook, Google, YouTube), and out-of-home advertising. - Manage end-to-end project execution in alignment with brand guidelines. - Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Design high-quality graphics tailored for various event IPs. - Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions. - Take ownership of assigned projects. - Monitor and analyze engagement levels and conversions to assess performance. Requirements - 0 to 4 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. - Ability to independently create graphics from initial concept to final rendering. - Strong understanding of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts. - Open to feedback and capable of delivering creatives promptly. - Solid portfolio showcasing graphic design expertise. - Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus. - Up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques. - Commitment to meeting deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,
