Job Summary:

creative and independent Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for brochures, social media posts, banners, hoardings, event materials, presentations, and internal communications.
Think independently and bring original ideas to the table for poster designs and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and communication goals.
Adapt and localize creative content across multiple formats.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all design assignments.
Manage and organize graphic assets and artwork files efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of
3 years of professional experience
in graphic design.
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
is a must.
Strong creative thinking and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.
Attention to detail with a passion for clean, thoughtful design.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Good to Have:

Experience in designing for healthcare, senior living, or service-oriented industries.
Basic knowledge of print production and preparing files for print vendors.
Familiarity with social media content formats and platform-specific design guidelines.
