To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the insurance or finance industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as knowledge of HTML/CSS, is crucial. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing in the digital space are essential qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. You will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance design processes continuously. Testing and refining graphics across digital platforms to ensure their visual appeal and impact will be part of your responsibilities.
