Your key responsibilities will include designing visual materials for social media, the company website, and paid campaigns. You will be responsible for selecting and maintaining cohesive visual elements like colors, fonts, images, and layouts. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices will be crucial to continuously improve design processes and outputs. Additionally, you will test and refine graphics across digital platforms to ensure they are not only visually appealing but also impactful. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically in the insurance or finance industry. You should possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator) and HTML/CSS.
