Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering high-quality creative content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visuals.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms.
• Create layouts and visual assets for web and digital use.
• Work on product packaging, logos, emailers, advertisements, and print media.
• Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms as needed (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities across various mediums.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
