You will be working as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at NurturingCubs, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Adampur, Punjab. Your role will involve designing visually appealing graphics and videos for various digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design effective graphics and videos for digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads. - Develop engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, and profiles for clients across different industries. - Create logos, branding elements, posters, banners, and other visual assets as needed. - Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and translate marketing objectives into creative designs. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. Qualifications Required: - 0-3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. - Proficiency in design and editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools. - Creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics, design principles, and visual storytelling. - Attention to detail to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and quality. - Strong communication skills to understand client briefs and collaborate effectively. - A diverse portfolio showcasing your best design work across digital platforms is mandatory for consideration.
