Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative Poster & Graphic Designer with strong digital marketing skills to support Libay’s brand, promotions, and online presence. The ideal candidate should be able to design high-quality visuals and also manage day-to-day social media and marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design posters, banners, flyers, social media creatives, and promotional materials for Libay.
• Create product-based graphics for campaigns, offers, and website use.
• Edit photos, improve product visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Manage social media pages, engage with followers, and track post performance.
• Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns, including ads and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new creative ideas.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and matches Libay brand guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Ability to write simple and clear captions for posts.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital ads is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing or social media marketing (freshers with strong portfolio are also welcome).
• Portfolio of previous design work (mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
