Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Executive

As a Poster & Graphic Designer at Libays, your role will involve designing high-quality visuals to support the brand's promotions and online presence. In addition to creating posters, banners, flyers, and social media creatives, you will also be responsible for managing day-to-day social media and marketing activities. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency across all designs. Key Responsibilities: - Design posters, banners, flyers, social media creatives, and promotional materials for Libay. - Create product-based graphics for campaigns, offers, and website use. - Edit photos, improve product visuals, and maintain brand consistency. - Plan, schedule, and publish posts on social media platforms. - Manage social media pages, engage with followers, and analyze post performance. - Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns, including ads and email newsletters. - Collaborate with the team to generate new creative ideas. - Ensure timely delivery of all content in alignment with Libay brand guidelines. Required Skills: - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. - Basic knowledge of video editing is advantageous. - Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. - Ability to craft simple and clear captions for posts. - Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines. - Understanding of digital advertising basics is a plus. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing or social media marketing (freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged). - Portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
