JD for Graphic Designer:
Responsibilities:
Create and visualise fresh, contemporary and unique ideas for brands
Design concepts, layouts and graphic content for advertising, collateral, websites, films, events and other key brand communication
Collaborate, guide and review the work of junior designers
Manage artistic direction of Photo shoots and Film shoots
Convert design idea to delivery
Breakdown a creative brief, with understanding of the brand and category
Meet deadlines skilfully
Keeping up-to-date with developments in the Communication Arts industry
Requirements:
Portfolio of design work that represents true ability
High level of expertise and knowledge of design tools Adobe suite, Corel suite
Experience in working/collaborating with writers, other designers
Keen to pursue growth and learn new skills in design communication
Has worked in a team, appreciates collaboration
Interest in the art world, advertising and consumer behaviour
Ability to sketch concepts is a distinct advantage
Has other passions, hobbies or interests apart from design and advertising
