As a rapidly growing team, we are seeking a Graphic Designer who embodies this philosophy at their core. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design scroll-stopping social media content including grids, carousels, and reels covers - Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns - Edit short-form videos and reels with attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds - Develop strong brand identities and visual stories - Manage multiple brands concurrently while upholding quality standards - Collaborate closely with social media managers, content teams, and performance marketers **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency with multiple clients - Proficiency in Full Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD - Familiarity with CapCut & Canva for efficient turnarounds - Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and visual storytelling - Ability to design for campaigns with a focus on growth goals - Experience in agency environments with tight deadlines, multiple revisions, and quick execution - Knowledge of 3D and Blender is a plus **Additional Company Details:** At Alluring Monks, we value immediate joining without notice periods. The compensation for this role ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on your skills and experience. This is currently a remote position with potential for hybrid work from Kochi in the future.
