Graphic Designer

The Role

As Allure’s Graphic Designer, you’ll bring creative concepts to life across print and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to craft visuals that embody our brand’s identity — elegant, modern, and timeless.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Design

  • Develop and maintain Allure’s visual identity across all digital and print materials.
  • Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and brand tone across all channels.

Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Design assets for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Support product launches with compelling visuals for ads, lookbooks, banners, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategy into creative that converts.

Product & Packaging Support

  • Assist in the design of product packaging, inserts, and labels that reflect Allure’s premium image.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with suppliers or printers when needed.

Content Creation

  • Work with photographers, videographers, and content creators to develop cohesive visuals.
  • Design templates for social media stories, reels, and influencer collaborations.

Creative Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
  • Stay up to date on design, skincare, and beauty trends to keep Allure’s visuals fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within

    beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle

    industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma (optional).
  • A strong eye for detail, color, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and visual storytelling.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics, short-form video editing, or animation.
  • Knowledge of packaging design and print production.
  • Familiarity with photography direction or content styling.
