Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Thudiyalur Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be working across a mix of digital and print mediums—crafting stunning visual content that aligns with our brand identity, drives engagement, and communicates ideas with clarity and originality. Whether it's static social media graphics, motion designs, product branding, or UI mockups, you’ll be a key contributor in how the world perceives our brand. Key Responsibilities Design engaging visual assets for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams. Translate abstract concepts into strong visual storytelling. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Keep up-to-date with design trends and experiment with new styles/tools. Prepare assets for both digital and print production when needed. Receive and implement feedback quickly and efficiently. Required Skills Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with tools like Figma or Canva for rapid content design. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding. Familiarity with social media design best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and time management. Good communication skills and team spirit. Good to Have Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent). Experience with UI/UX mockups or product design. Understanding of print production (for brochures, packaging, etc.). Experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment. Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a creative task (banner/post design) that reflects their style and understanding of our visual language.
