Who We’re Looking For:

A creative powerhouse who thinks visually and designs with purpose. You know how to turn academic content into captivating graphics, and you bring fresh energy to every project from brochures to branding, social posts to slides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visual content for:

▪ Digital campaigns, social media, and website banners
▪ Posters, flyers, brochures, and academic handbooks▪ Presentations, certificates, and event branding

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging
• Maintain visual brand consistency across platforms
• Develop design templates and brand kits for internal use
• Edit and refine creative assets based on feedback from academic teams
• Stay updated with design trends in education, EdTech, and digital communication

Required Skills & Tools:

• 4–5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in EdTech, academic)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense are a must
