About Role:

SynRam Software Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer who knows the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in visual storytelling, has a strong portfolio of design work, and is comfortable working across digital and print media. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through innovative and impactful designs.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Parallax effect is mandatory.)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across different formats.
• Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to brand development.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.

Experience:

• Adobe Photoshop: 2 year (Preferred)
• UI design: 5 years (Preferred)
• Figma: 4 years (Required)
