About the Role

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and create graphics that meet business objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs by adhering to style guidelines.
Design layouts, illustrations, infographics, and user interface elements as required.
Edit and retouch images for campaigns, presentations, and reports.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle feedback from stakeholders.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the creative process.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (2–5 years preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across different media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
