Graphic Design Trainer

G Tec Education, Anna Nagar is looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Design Trainer to train students in core design tools, creative concepts, and 2D/3D design workflows.
The trainer must have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Blender and should be capable of handling students from all design backgrounds — beginner to advanced levels.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Blender.
• Teach design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Guide students in creating projects such as posters, logos, brochures, social media creatives, motion graphics, and basic 3D designs.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, practice tasks, and project guidelines.
• Provide one-on-one support to help students improve their creative and technical skills.
• Evaluate student work and give constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, motion graphics techniques, and 3D design workflows.
• Create a supportive learning environment for students from various academic and design backgrounds.

Mandatory Skills (Required):

• Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, retouching, manipulations
• Adobe Illustrator – logo design, vector illustration, branding
• Adobe InDesign – layout design, publications, print design
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, basic animation, video composition
• Blender – basic 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, simple animations
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication and teaching ability
• Ability to handle students from both design and non-design backgrounds

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge in video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
