Graphic Design Team Lead

As a Team Lead Graphic Designer at the company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of graphic designers to deliver impactful visual solutions across digital, social, and print platforms. Your role will involve providing creative direction, guidance, and feedback to your team, conceptualizing and executing engaging designs for various purposes, collaborating closely with other teams, maintaining brand visual language, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and feedback. - Conceptualize and execute engaging designs for campaigns, branding, digital assets, presentations, and social content. - Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions. - Maintain and evolve brand visual language across all touchpoints. - Review and approve work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives. - Balance hands-on design work with team oversight and project management. - Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team inspired and innovative. - Mentor junior designers, encouraging professional growth and continuous learning. - Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role (agency experience preferred). - A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital-first design, and storytelling ability. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma and Canva are a plus. - Excellent understanding of design fundamentals typography, layout, color theory, composition. - Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Ability to present and defend creative work to stakeholders and clients. - Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Additional Details: - Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a nice-to-have. - Interest or experience with AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with branding processes, pitch decks, and high-impact presentations is advantageous. - Understanding of print and digital production workflows is beneficial.,
