Graphic Design Team Lead

As a Team Lead Graphic Designer at 91springboard Lotus, Andheri East, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and feedback. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing engaging designs for campaigns, branding, digital assets, presentations, and social content. Collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams is essential to deliver cohesive creative solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual language across all touchpoints to ensure brand consistency. In this role, you will review and approve work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives. Balancing hands-on design work with team oversight and project management will be part of your daily responsibilities. It is important to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to inspire and innovate within the team. As a mentor to junior designers, you will encourage their professional growth and continuous learning. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or senior role, preferably in an agency setting. A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital-first design, and storytelling ability is highly desired. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required, while familiarity with Figma and Canva is a plus. An excellent understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are also necessary to excel in this role. Additionally, having working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects), experience with AI-powered design tools, familiarity with branding processes, pitch decks, and high-impact presentations, as well as an understanding of print and digital production workflows, would be considered advantageous for this position.
