Avathon India is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing global marketing team in Bangalore. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing graphics that not only capture our industrial AI brands essence but also engage our audience across various platforms. Youll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects within the industrial AI industry, creating designs that resonate with our users and elevate our marketing efforts. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Bangalore office, offering broad exposure across the marketing function in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What will you do:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for various applications, including: Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, standees, event materials)


• Assist and contribute to developing Digital campaigns (social media creatives, web banners, email graphics, ad image)


• Make compelling Visual storytelling for presentations, product demos, and pitch decks.


• Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all platforms and branding assets


• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate fresh concepts and innovative design solutions.


• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail.


• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our graphics modern and effective.


• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) or equivalent.

You will have:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field


• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience


• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different media


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools


• Excellent visual communication skills and a strong eye for aesthetics and details


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take constructive feedback


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
