Role Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer at AizTec Consulting LLP, you will have the opportunity to enhance your design skills and creativity by contributing to innovative projects that effectively communicate the company's brand vision. The position is based in Bangalore Urban and requires 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling graphics, designing promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics aligned with the company's branding strategy. - Design and layout promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and social media visuals. - Ensure consistency in style and tone across all design projects to maintain the brand's identity. - Develop illustrations, graphics, and images using design software. - Edit and enhance photos and graphics for various digital and print purposes. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to create contemporary and engaging designs. - Work independently, managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Mandatory skill). - Strong understanding of typography and its application in design (Mandatory skill). - In-depth knowledge of color theory and its use in creating visually appealing designs (Mandatory skill). - Experience in creating layout designs that effectively communicate to the intended audience. - Skilled in visual communication techniques to convey ideas effectively and creatively. - Ability to produce illustrations that support storytelling and branding objectives. - Proficient in photo editing and enhancing images for various media. - Understanding of brand identity principles and the ability to maintain consistency across designs.,
