Graphic Desiger

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Motera
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design visuals for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and more
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Edit and retouch images to meet design and brand standards
• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and design quality across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Experience working in an agency or IT environment is a plus
