Graphic / Creative Designer

As a Graphic Designer at the company, your role will involve converting pre-approved creative designs such as flyers, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, etc., to work with a web-to-print application. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that you follow all client instructions diligently. Your focus will be on maintaining the quality of work and ensuring timely delivery across all assigned projects. It is essential for you to adhere to Reality's internal processes set for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the client's needs and develop a concept that aligns with their requirements. - Determine the message the design should convey. - Develop graphics, visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites. - Select appropriate colors, images, text styles, and layouts. - Incorporate changes recommended by clients into the final design. - Review designs for errors before printing or publishing. - Think creatively and generate innovative ideas for new concepts and designs. - Present the finalized work to clients and gather feedback effectively. Qualifications Required: - Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Be available for a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. - Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service. - Be self-motivated, organized, and accountable. - Have 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Understand the print industry and production process. - Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
