Grafana & Prometheus Engineer

As a Grafana & Prometheus Engineer, your role will involve managing and optimizing the monitoring and observability stack across Development, Staging, and Production environments. You will be responsible for setting up dashboards, performance metrics, and alerting systems to ensure maximum uptime, visibility, and reliability of infrastructure and applications. Collaboration with the DevOps, QA, and Operations teams will be essential to enhance system performance and proactively detect issues. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and manage Grafana & Prometheus on Dev/Staging/Prod VMs. - Build custom dashboards and define alerting rules for critical systems. - Integrate Prometheus exporters and optimize performance monitoring. - Ensure security, uptime, and scalability of monitoring systems. - Collaborate with teams for observability improvements across the CI/CD pipeline. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience with Grafana & Prometheus administration. - Strong proficiency in Linux, PromQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and alerting tools. - Knowledge of Terraform/Ansible and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP. - Experience with Loki, Alertmanager, or CI/CD tools would be advantageous.
