Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and resolve in the given TAT. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and service skills. Requirements :- Good communication skills in English. Strong Problem solving abilities and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree is a must.
