As a Technical Support Executive for International voice, your role will involve resolving customer complaints through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding high-quality standards.
