Graduate Trainee

• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting builds for cloud-based microservices.
• Support branch management and code promotion under guidance.
• Learn and help automate build and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins/Bamboo and Argo CD.
• Gain hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Work with artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus) for managing build artifacts.
• Document workflows and assist in creating FAQs and technical guides.
• Collaborate with team members to understand CI/CD best practices.
• Learn and apply Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for issue tracking, source control, and build management.
• Participate in AI-driven initiatives such as predictive build failure analysis and automated pipeline optimizations.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Approaching problems and creating solutions.

• Knowledge with Linux/Unix, PHP and/or shell scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with Java, Python, Go, NodeJS/JavaScript or any other programming languages.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025
