Graduate Engineer Trainee-Test & Validation

Role Overview: As a R&D Trainee/Apprentice/VIE at Valeo, you will be a key contributor to the success of projects by ensuring the delivery of all assigned tasks within your scope. Your responsibilities may include designing, integrating, and validating blocks or products. You will work in compliance with the Metier Development Plan, review internal and customer requirements, and ensure robust design and validation aligned with economic targets. Additionally, you will support technical architecture, adhere to standardization rules, and participate in design reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver all assigned tasks within your scope to contribute to project success - Review internal and customer requirements, as well as specifications - Ensure robust design and validation in line with economic targets - Support technical architecture and standards assignments - Follow standardization rules - Participate in design reviews, both internally and with suppliers - Support Metier design simulations, coding, and validation - Assist with Metier design calculations, including worst case/statistical analysis and thermal studies - Support Metier tests - Report progress of tasks and escalate risks as needed Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Knowledge of design principles and validation processes Join Valeo today to be a part of a global innovative company that values diversity and international collaboration.
