Job Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) will assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects while gaining hands-on technical and site experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
site execution and supervision
of civil works
Monitor daily
construction activities
and report progress
Help in preparing
quantity estimates, BOQs, and measurements
Read and understand
drawings, specifications, and layouts
Coordinate with
contractors, site supervisors, and vendors
Support
quality control and safety compliance
at site
Maintain
site records, reports, and documentation
Assist in
billing, material tracking, and inventory control
Learn company standards, processes, and project workflows

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of
civil engineering principles
Familiarity with
AutoCAD
and MS Excel
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on
construction sites
Problem-solving and learning attitude

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of
ETABS / STAAD / Primavera
Internship or site experience
Basic understanding of
IS codes and safety norms

Training & Growth
