Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
Support senior engineers in daily tasks, project documentation, and field activities.
Conduct research, data collection, and analysis as required for ongoing projects.
Perform quality checks, inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Provide technical support to the team and help troubleshoot issues on-site or in the office.
Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and project guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical and analytical abilities.
Good understanding of basic engineering principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc. as applicable).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
