1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Gastro & Gyne segment based at Chennai.
2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Gastro & Gyne brands.
4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
6. He/She need to design Promotional/Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
7. He is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
8. He/She will undertake the field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.
9. Candidate should have good experience in managing & marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective and coordinate with all departments.
1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing 8 to 10 years in Pharma Marketing out of 2-3 years as Senior Product Manager/ Group Product Manager handling Gastro & Gyne segment.
2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.
3. He/She should have good knowledge of Gastro & Gyne Segment.
4. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
5. You should be good in selection, training and development of PMT Members.
