Performance Marketing Specialist We are currently hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The candidate should have 1–2 years of non-internship experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of digital ad platforms, campaign optimisation, and analytics. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-days in the office and 2-days work from home. Key Experience & Skill Requirements Campaign Management • Hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube • Ability to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions • Understanding of campaign funnels - upper, middle, lower funnels Analytics & Reporting • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, YouTube Studio, Meta Insights • Strong command over Excel — ability to work with pivot tables, charts, and basic formulas to create insightful reports • Experience in performance tracking, preparing reports, and presenting data-backed recommendations • Familiarity with A/B testing and funnel performance analysis Audience Targeting & Segmentation • Experience in defining and refining audience segments using demographic, interest-based, and behavioural data • Ability to create and manage custom and lookalike audiences across platforms Creative Awareness and Collaboration • Awareness of current trends, updates, and new ad formats • Ability to work closely with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives Preferred qualifications (bonus) • Experience working with US-based clients • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar, to enhance campaign performance and automation Show more Show less
