In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies across Google and Meta platforms to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Google/Meta Ads campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance. Manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting settings to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective campaign management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with the overall marketing strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on driving results. Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including PPC, SEM, and display advertising. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
