You will be responsible for leading the Social Media Marketing team at the National Defence Academy's online marketing department. As a team leader, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing social media campaigns to enhance the Academy's online presence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Social Media Marketing team - Develop creative social media strategies to engage the target audience - Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive online presence - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Prior experience in social media marketing is preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
