Hesten Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Google My Business (GMB) Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining Google My Business profiles to boost local search visibility and online reputation. This role is perfect for someone who understands local SEO and can manage multiple business listings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

GMB Listing Management:

• Create, verify, and optimize Google My Business (Google Business Profile) listings.
• Ensure all business details (Name, Address, Phone, Website, Hours, etc.) are accurate and up to date.
• Add engaging content: photos, videos, services, and regular posts.

Review & Reputation Handling:

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
• Address negative feedback professionally and maintain brand reputation.

Local SEO & Engagement:

• Post weekly offers, updates, or events on GMB profiles.
• Track insights like search views, direction requests, calls, and clicks.
• Suggest strategies to improve ranking in local search results.

Issue Resolution:

• Handle duplicate listings, suspensions, or incorrect information via Google support.
• Maintain consistency across all online local listings and directories.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in GMB profile management or local SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile dashboard, Google Maps, and basic SEO practices.
• Ability to manage multiple business profiles efficiently.
• Basic skills in Canva or similar tools for GMB post graphics (preferred).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
