As an expert in unblocking suspended Google Merchant Accounts, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Checking the reasons behind the account suspension - Resolving policy, website, product, or documentation issues - Crafting appeals that are likely to be approved - Submitting appeals and diligently following up until the account is unblocked To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences: - Prior experience in handling Merchant/Shopping/Commerce policy cases - Previous work experience at Accenture (Google Commerce/Policy queues), Cognizant (Trust & Safety/Shopping), or Genpact (Risk/Product Quality) - Understanding of misrepresentation flags, product/website quality checks, and the difference between rejections and approvals This position offers a fixed salary of 2,00,000 per month with no variability, ensuring a total of 24 Lakh per year.
