Job Description

You are a highly skilled Senior Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience sought to join a dynamic team in Kochi. You should have extensive expertise in Google Dialog Flow ES, Google Dialog Flow CX, Google CCAI Platform, Google Agent Assist, Google Insights, and Google Info Bot. The role involves working in a hybrid model during the day, contributing significantly to IT consulting and analytics projects to drive innovation and excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow ES and CX, implementing and optimizing Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions, integrating Google Agent Assist for real-time support and improved agent productivity, utilizing Google Insights for performance analysis and improvement, designing and deploying Google Info Bot to streamline information retrieval processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless AI solution integration, providing technical expertise and guidance on AI development best practices, conducting regular code reviews for high-quality standards, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues promptly, staying updated on the latest AI and machine learning technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies, ensuring all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, and documenting all development activities while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. To qualify, you must have a solid background in Google Dialog Flow ES and CX with proven project experience, hands-on experience with Google CCAI Platform and Google Agent Assist, proficiency in using Google Insights for performance analysis, expertise in developing and deploying Google Info Bot, experience in IT consulting and analytics is highly desirable, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
