You should have very good practical experience in Google ads - shopping, display, search, YouTube, and social media ads. You must have worked in ecommerce and have substantially increased ROI from Google and Facebook ads. Experience in the fields of real estate, cosmetics, apparels, tea, and B2C products is preferred. You should know how to analyze Google and Facebook insights. A minimum of 2 years of experience in online lead generation with a proven track record is required. Your main responsibilities will include creating strategies for business growth, working on sales targets through online platforms, creating ad campaigns, and coordinating with the content and graphics team for ad copy. You will be expected to achieve RIO and results within given deadlines. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts available. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. The ability to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh is required.
