Google Cloud Deployment Manager / Domain Architect L2

Role Overview: As a Google Cloud Deployment Manager / Domain Architect at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and cost-effective GCP architectures. You will lead infrastructure modernization and migration projects to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) from on-premise or other cloud providers. Your expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, and automation will be crucial in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Ansible. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-effective GCP architectures including compute, storage, networking, and IAM. - Develop cloud architecture blueprints and design documentation aligned with best practices and organizational needs. - Lead infrastructure modernization and migration projects to GCP. - Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Ansible. - Automate provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud environments. - Integrate CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure deployment. - Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and VPC networking. - Utilize strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager) and CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Ensure a deep understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs in GCP. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver, Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus, and Grafana. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years on GCP. - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (required or preferred). - Strong experience in Google Cloud Deployment Manager. - Experience of over 10 years in a relevant field.
