As a PPC Specialist (Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Bing Ads) at our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be on maximizing ROI through campaign optimization and data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance and collaborate on performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads campaigns. - Plan, execute, and measure performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. - Conduct keyword research and utilize analytics to enhance campaign performance. - Optimize ad spend through A/B testing and data-driven decisions. - Track and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools. - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to enhance ad performance. - Maintain and report campaign performance to management regularly. - Stay updated on new advertising trends, technologies, and tools. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, and Conversion Tracking. - Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics. - Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of IT services, B2B marketing, or consulting is a plus. - Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is an added advantage.
