Google ads executive

Greetings from Valueleaf!!! We are urgently hiring for a Google Ads Executive for the Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Google Ads. As a Google Ads Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, monitoring, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display & YouTube). Your primary goal will be to oversee growth in performance campaigns to meet the brand's business goals and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include performing thorough, contextual keyword research with tools/APIs and building thematic campaigns on Google Ads. You will collaborate with the Design & Product Marketing teams to develop landing pages specific to the context of the campaigns/ad groups. Additionally, you will continuously work on keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization while implementing ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages to measure their effectiveness. Monitoring campaign performance & budget pacing on a day-to-day basis, writing ad copies, landing pages snippets and descriptions, and performing extensive A/B testing of ads across campaigns/ad groups are crucial aspects of this role. You will be required to measure the campaign performance parameters methodically on Google sheets, analyze campaign performance, compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights. Staying informed on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising across demand-gen channels will be essential. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with any specialization (Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in marketing is a plus) and have some understanding of Media, preferably in the advertising, media, or agency landscape. Proficiency in English and Google Ads certifications are must-have requirements for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position.
