Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer service representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed. Roles & responsibilities: Proficient verbal and written communication skills are needed to support customers with ease. Efficiency to offer relevant and satisfactory solutions to customers. Efficiently taking note of queries and requests. Maintenance of logs for customer interactions, transactions, and comments. Suggest effective and prompt solutions. Protecting brand image and reputation in the market. Effective communication via mail. Maintaining positive relationships with the customers throughout the conversation.
