To maintain our tradition of hospitality, we are looking for a skilled Cook (Maharaj) who can prepare high-quality, hygienic, and delicious meals.

Position: Good Cook (Maharaj)Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner) with authentic taste and proper hygiene.
• Specialize in Rajasthani, North Indian, and Vegetarian dishes (knowledge of South Indian & Continental cooking will be a plus).
• Plan and manage kitchen activities, including grocery lists, stock management, and timely cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and ensure proper food safety standards.
• Cater to special occasions, guest visits, and company events when required.
• Ability to cook for small as well as large groups efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook/Maharaj in homes, businesses, or hotels.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking styles (Rajasthani thali, North Indian dishes, snacks, sweets, etc.).
• Must be disciplined, clean, and punctual.
• Ability to manage kitchen independently.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can stay full-time (live-in option available).
