Job Description Position: Manager – Sales & Marketing Industry: Masterbatch / Polymers Key Responsibilities ⁠• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned region. • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with B2B customers in plastics manufacturing, raffia, non-woven, injection molding, packaging, etc. • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer need to capture new opportunities. • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent support and service. • Assess and monitor client reputation and creditworthiness through continuous market feedback. • Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional manner, ensuring punctual fund collection without disturbing client relationships. • Continuously track clients’ financial situations through market intelligence to minimize risk. • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits to strengthen brand presence. Requirements ⁠• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. (Polymer/Chemical Industry background preferred) • 5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Polymers / Masterbatch / Plastic industry). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Financial awareness with ability to analyze client credibility and manage payment collection tactfully. • Willingness to travel across assigned region. • Proven ability to meet targets and grow markets.
