Gold loan executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard customers for gold loan products
• Verify customer identity, KYC documents, and eligibility
• Appraise gold ornaments for purity, weight, and value
• Calculate eligible loan amount as per LTV norms
• Prepare loan documents, pledge forms, and agreements
• Disburse loans and explain interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms
• Ensure secure handling, packing, and storage of pledged gold
• Maintain accurate records and update loan management systems
• Monitor repayments, follow up on dues, and support renewals
• Adhere to RBI guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements

Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of gold appraisal and basic banking/NBFC operations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling valuables
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
