Gold Evaluation Executive/ Gold Expert

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Gold Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, evaluating, and handling gold — including purity testing, hallmark verification, and basic valuation. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the purity and weight of gold ornaments using testing machines and traditional methods. Verify BIS hallmarking and identify fake or adulterated gold. Assist customers in selling or exchanging gold, ensuring fair pricing and documentation. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Handle gold responsibly and maintain high ethical standards. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in gold evaluation or jewellery sales. Knowledge of gold purity levels (22K, 24K, etc.), hallmarking standards, and gold testing equipment. Basic computer knowledge and ability to generate reports. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Preferably from a background in jewellery shops, pawn shops, or NBFCs handling gold loans.
