Role Description As a Business Development Executive at The Gold Collar, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective lead generation and client engagement. This is a full-time, remote role , giving you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while being part of a dynamic, impact-driven team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients (dentists and dental practice owners), foster strong relationships, and support them in discovering how our programs can help transform their careers and practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure new business. Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through effective follow-ups and relationship management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns. Provide detailed information about The Gold Collar's courses and services to potential clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in sales, especially full sales cycle including deal closing, is preferable. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. CRM experience is a plus.
