1. Gold Assessment: Evaluate and appraise gold items, determining purity (karatage), weight, and value.
2. Gemstone Identification: Identify and assess accompanying gemstones, if applicable.
3. Valuation: Determine accurate market value of gold items for various purposes (sale, insurance, pawn).
4. Testing Methods: Utilize testing methods like acid tests, electronic testers for gold purity assessment.
5. Reporting: Prepare detailed appraisal reports with item descriptions, valuation, and relevant details.
6. Customer Interaction: Communicate appraisal results and explanations to customers professionally.
