Golang Tech Lead

Golang Backend Developer / Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and integrations using

  Golang

  .
• Build

  API fetchers, processors, and connectors

  for external platforms.
• Implement secure

  authentication flows

  (OAuth2, API tokens, webhooks).
• Develop and optimize

  queue-based ingestion pipelines

  with checkpointing/watermarking.
• Transform and normalize

  raw data (JSON, XML, CSV)

  into structured schemas.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage services on

  AWS

  (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Contribute to

  observability and monitoring

  (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through

  testing, debugging, and performance optimization

  .
• Participate in

  design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

  .
• Mentor team members and support the overall engineering delivery.

Required Skills:

• 78 years of backend development experience, with

  35 years in Golang

  .
• Strong understanding of

  REST APIs, SDKs, and event-driven architectures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AWS services

  (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in

  data transformation, schema mapping, and queue-based ingestion systems

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  OAuth2, token handling, and error management

  .
• Familiarity with

  Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
