This fantastic opportunity is designed to help you restart your career in a supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices - Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues - Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes - Integrate with third-party APIs and services - Contribute to the development of microservices architecture **Qualifications Required:** - Education in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology - Minimum 1-year career pause - Prior professional experience of at least 2 years - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA) - Project experience with Golang - Strong understanding of Golang and its ecosystem - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture - Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB - Knowledge of version control systems like Git - Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus - Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines The company values your proficiency in Golang programming, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, good understanding of data structures and algorithms, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as your willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
