Job Title: Technical Sales / Business Development Executive (Engineering Plastics) Experience required: 5+ years Location: Guindy, Chennai 1. Key Responsibilities (1) Market Research & Customer Development Conduct market and customer research, and analyze competitor trends Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities Lead technical approval and sample testing activities Collaborate closely with customers’ technical and quality teams Manage customer feedback and handle technical or quality issues after sales (2) Sales & Collection Activities Manage customer forecasts and monitor demand planning Receive and process customer orders; coordinate with logistics for timely delivery Manage invoicing, collection, and accounts receivable Negotiate commercial terms and monitor sales margins Prepare sales reports and maintain customer relationship records 2. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering plastics or compounding industry CIPET graduate or degree in Polymer / Plastics / Chemical Engineering (mandatory) Strong understanding of injection molding process and polymer material properties Excellent communication and reporting skills in English Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools Experience working with automotive, appliance, or electrical/electronic OEM/Tier-1 customers in India preferred Ability to communicate effectively with Korean headquarters and global customers 3.
